Hi! I am looking for a partner to start a business in Dubai. Though I am not sure yet, I am considering about starting a consultancy, where we would offer placements in various companies. I have got a few thousand American Dollars to invest and you are required to invest half of the total investment.

Any of you have any real experience and a good plan regarding this? If you are interested in this and are looking for a good partner, please contact me with the amount of investment you can invest and any business plans you may have. And please, serious people only!

I would be very careful if I were you. There are a lot of people out there waiting for a sucker who wants to start a business and have their own secret agenda. Make sure you find out as much as you can about the person you are starting the joint-venture with before signing anything. This is risky business, especially in Dubai. Its an unfortunate fact but it is true.

I am always of the view that one should never get into a partnership for any kind of business.Always start and work on your own and as far as the investment goes just go to an investment agency or a bank and they will help you.This is just a sincere advice.

I will advice you to start up an INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANY for the following:
- it dosen't cost much. (around +-200,000/- usd)
- the market in dubai is very powerful and strong in the realestate and construction industry.
- people are ready to pay what you are ask for ( people get high income )
