Hi, thought perhaps you might be able to help me - am looking for a good job in Dubai - have an excellent CV (20 years business skills) - have been offered a Consultancy contract for 2 years , but that of course involves getting a freelance work visa which is quite expensive. Have no ties, am happy to travel around the UAE in a role and free to move out very quickly.Can I send you my CV, photo image and reference and you can advise me further? I also wondered if there is any way I could do a house sit for someone out there as an inexpensive way to be there for a few weeks and be on the spot as it were for interviews etc. I am police CRB checked here as I have also been a magistrate for 14 years in the UK. Hi - am looking to relocate to Dubai/Oman and have over 20 years business experience behind me in the UK- mainly in the hospitality industry , but these skills are very transferable as I was involved in owning,running and growing a very large multi site operation and raising £30 milion in VC capital.
Can I send you my CV, photo image and reference and yu can advise if you can help? I did wonder if a good way forward would be to do a house sit for a few weeks there so that I am available for intervews etc. I am police CRB checked in the UK as I have also been a senior magistrate here for 14 years.
I have been offered a two year consultancy role - but costs of setting up a freelance work visa are large! Would prefer to be in a role for a company developing their business. No ties and free to travel around the UAE in a role.

Hi i am a british citizen who has just graduated from Medical school in the Czech Republic. I hold an MD degree and am doctor of Medicine. I also graduated with a BSC in Genetics from Queen Mary University in London.
I am awaiting appointment and have a place to work next year in August, but since living abroad most of my life i would not mind relocating to Dubai.

I’m new to this forum and I hope you can provide me information about Dubai employment as well as I will be sharing my experience in the future with you guys…
I come to Dubai 2 months ago, with no intention of finding a job however, having seen tremendous development in Dubai and future prospect I suddenly decided to find a job, it took me one week- first attempt has replied me within 24 hours and I was in high spirits and eager to find the job.
The next following day they asking to provide my degree certificate and 3 copy of passport with visa stamp and 10 pictures, I should have look at it carefully when I was signing their contract -even thought I new it –there is something fishy going on – as the whole process was swift I had no problem with it, until I find out rules in Dubai employment visa is very grim.-they keep you for 3 years under their rule –no escape goat!
The contract I have sign was for Barclays bank official document, but this agency is taking half of payment and keeping my passport until I leave the company –the name of this agency is Derby Marketing LLC-located opposite karama fish market=all their staff is located Barclay branch office working behalf of Barclays.
By the time I realize the whole episode my visa has come out I request for cancellation and they threatening me to leave the country for 3 months as they will not be canceling it and no other firm can hire me.
I went to labor office to avoid impose of penalties and told them what happened- their advise was that by law –they can’t force you to leave the country, and visa will automatically be deleted from the system after 90 days, although till present they asking for my passport. .
I need to get job, or leave the country?
Can some one advise me alternative way of getting employment in U.A.E?
By the way 1’m Bsc “Business and Technology Management” holder from Middle sex university.

4 years working as sales marketing co-coordinator with well establish company in U.K
