With the World still being built, its developer, Nakheel will be devloping another man-made island called the Universe at the end of 2008.

The Universe will span 3000 hectares of reclaimed land below the World and will form a cluster of islands in the shape of the solar system. It is expected to have residential units and hotels.

Wow. These guys just don't stop. I thought the world was a very interesting idea. Let's see how it turns out after its done. And now the universe! 3000 hectares wow. Has anyone been keeping up with the progress of the world while its being built. What are they putting on it to attract people? How worldly are they making it?
