Dear all,
I bought a property from Nakheel (JP) last year through HSBC ,I was preparing to sell it and before the transfer day I was told by Nakheel that my original sales agreement were sent to HSBC, the bank said that they never received it..No one can find where is the contract and no one is replying our calls.
Any idea how long it should take to get a new orignal contract?can we do the transfer without it?
