Default Ajmal Sarah Tower - Dubailand
Any idea on this investment ? I was told that its going to be next to Universal Studio in Dubailand and prices would shoot very soon and at the moment i have a source who is willing to sell this for a throw away price something like 990 psf in Dubailand !!

Any Suggestion
