Is it easy to make money from real estate in dubai? I understand they recently allowed expats to invest or buy property in dubai. Does this mean that their real estate industry is starting to flourish, or is it still at its beginning stages? Is it still highly controlled or do things happen smoothly like in the west?

I think that in a place like Dubai the real estate business must be in full bloom.Reason being rich place and lot of people move in here looking for work.All this makes the prices go sky high, and the people who are into real estate business make fast buck.
