Is it little cheap at this place,reason being the oil wells!!Or the refined form of gas is at par with the rest of the world and people of the city of oil wells also pay a hefty amount to fill the tanks of their luxury vans.
Gas prices are definitely a lot cheaper in Dubai no question about that, because Dubai is an oil producing country and they are not paying additional charges for the freight of it from one country to another country, and for sure the taxes are also lower if there are taxes on gasoline purchases in Dubai. They are very lucky because they can afford to have several vehicles because of cheap gasoline prices. Unlike here in our country we have to pay higher for gasoline because of the service charges and taxes.
Definitely much cheaper in these countries since they are sitting on the oil wells. I think this is the case with all OPEC countries, who control the price that the rest of the world has to pay for oil. I still think its fair. Since they own it, they should be able to have it cheaper. So thats what happens.
