I'm eager to find employment in Dubai. The problem is that I've been told that I'm seen as "too old" as employers want only young people. I'm a "young" 50
year old! I'm suitably qualified but hold no formal qualification. Could this be the other problem? I'm a qualified Real Estate Agent in my country but I've also owned a Recruitment Agency before going into real estate.
