i am moving to dubai with a large property developer and will be earning approx. 25,000 aed a month basic with commision on top. I have seen alot of apartments in Dubai Marina, which seem quite reasonable to rent, for about 160,000 AED per annum. I am a single batchelor so im hoping my salary will be somewhere around 600,000 aed and will be enough to live a decent western ex-pat life, i have seen huge rental figures being qouted for apartments.Ill have to pay for accomoadtion myself and possibly buy a car. Is this realistic on my kind of salary?
