What kind of governing system is there in Dubai?Is it a democracy or Dictatorship kind of system?Is the form of Government favorable for the general masses?
I would call it soft authoritarianism rather than dictatorship - Dubai is definitely no democracy nor a dictatorship. So long as the Royal Family are quite prudent with finances and able to deliver economic growth, I think the Dubai people can live with it.
Living up with the system is something different,it sounds like just kicking.Are the people of Dubai really comfortable with this system or they want a change and better system, in which they can also participate.
My take is that so long as the economy grows and the Royal family shares some of the benefits and spoils with the people, people are pretty satisfied and keep the status quos rather than yearning and demonstrating for changes.
Yes that is true fact that, if the public is enjoying the economic growth and devepment in all fields then they are least bothered about who rules their country.There is more to life than just finding faults with the conditions and prevailing system.
