Yeah the beaches are quite something they are very beautiful. I used to live in Abu Dhabi and swam in the sea water. I know a lot of people don't like it but I really used to enjoy it. We would go to Dubai every couple of weeks since it was only a couple of hours drive and we had family living there. There are plenty of parks all around, if you enjoy going on walks and seeing things you will enjoy it there.
