I think the laws are very strict in Dubai and still the crime rate is quite high.Why is it so? I have heard that all strings of the underworld somehow reach Dubai.Is it that the laws tend to help big time criminals and are strict only with petty criminals or the laws may be are not fulproof.
The crime rate is high because of petty criminals and unmindful tourists. Although there are tough laws, this cannot be avoided as tourists are very careless. Guys, make sure you keep a watch over all your belongings. Do not be negligent or you will regret it when you lose everything.
