Is it true that Dubai offers lot of thrill and excitement to the people who are fearless and love thrill . Adventure Sports in Abu Dhabi are entertaining and safe because of well-developed sporting facilities, lot of stress is laid on the safety measures. With the Arabian Gulf on one side, there is tremendous opportunity for water sports and this place is doing very well in the feild of motor sports too as they compete with international standards.
Yeah people there have a lot of money so they look for ways to spend it. A lot of people do some pretty crazy stuff. A lot of young people do a lot of drag racing as there are vast deserts if you go to the outskirts of the city. You can find lots of videos of people drifting and racing in the desert regions. Besides that I am sure there are plenty of other things to do for people looking for an adrenaline rush.
For the adventure junkie try dune bashing, kite surfing and sandboarding. You can also engage in the more sedate activities of golf, fishing, diving and cycling. Dubai is a sport havens for people of any temperament.
I seen some of this when I was there. Nothing too crazy though, I saw bungee jumping but you see that everywhere, any tourist attraction at least. I saw some RV driving, which I am particularly interested in as it looks like a lot of fun. I think there may be some diving but I am not sure. You should pretty well be able to find anything you want to do as they have something for everyone.
Adventure sports are catching up these days with the younger generation quite a bit.And most of the counties cash on this by developing it for the tourists. As Dubai seems to be hot tourist destination i think lot of stress is laid on these adventurous sports.I like sandboarding a lot.
I did not really imagine a place like Dubai having sports for adrenaline junkies and extreme sports for enthusiasts. But it does seem to be catching up and I think it will continue to do so. There is a growing demand for these things, and they will definitely find ways to cater to it. I never went sandboarding but it sounds like a lot of fun.
