What attractions are there for families that are visiting Dubai? I assume there must be a lot. There are a lot of different hotels and tour services. If you've visited Dubai, where have you gone? Do you prefer to travel by your self or with a tour service? I think the tour service kind of takes away the feeling of discovery, but that's just me.

I also have not been to Dubai but I know that the hotels offer great services and exotic cuisine. The shopping in dubai is like a dream come true. For asians there is a big market for gold. The purity of gold and the unique designs attract them.Besides, there are great buildings with unique architectural designs which just amaze the tourists.

Yeah there is definitely a huge market for gold, not just for asians though. People are known to stop there on their way to other destinations and do some shopping, often shopping for gold. And yeah, their architecture is quite something. They are very creative with their buildings, mainly due to the demand of attracting tourists.

With domestic life featuring high on the list of Arab priorities, it is no surprise that there is plenty of family oriented fun in Dubai. From babies to teens, the list of attractions has a wide range of appeal to gladden the hearts of any parents.

Consult Family Explorer, widely available in bookshop . It contains exhaustive listings of fun-packed family activities.

That is very true. With so many families going there there must be a lot to do. I understand that although Dubai does cater to a lot of singles they also have many facilities for families and everyone else as families are an important aspect of life in Arab culture. This is evident through their different facilities. Thanks for the recommendations, they sound very helpful.

for me i would prefer to enjoy the tour without a tourist guide. if you are not familiar with the places, then that is the thrill of it. but of course you should know how to go back to your place.

Well if you are moving with your family you got to go with proper planning what so ever the stay and the movement around. But if you are moving alone then you can try stunts and have good time the way you want.
