G'Day All...

Found this forum while surfing around for off-plan pre-launch property to buy while I'm here. Been here for a couple of months now, planning on staying for around 2 to 3 years. Keep hearing about this 'hot investments' but can never seem to find any real facts or properties worth looking at.

So anyway, will read around a bit here and see what you all have to say. It looks pretty good at the moment, and hope to make some 'mates' along the way.
