Two Bedroom flat wanted in Al Karama, Dubai

My sister's family are thinking of moving to "Al Karama" in Dubai. Apparently her husband got a new job near that locality. They want a Three-Bedroom flat. They are only three, including their two years kid. So can anybody here tell me if they have any good accommodation? All they want is a nice 3-bedroom flat for minimum one year.

They can afford to pay good rent for that flat. So, you need not worry even if your saying amount is high. If any of you have an answer for this, please send me a PM with all the details like "yearly rent", "name and street number of the apartment", "Floor No. of the flat", "any condition they may have" etc. Thanks for your reply.
