I read it somewhere that according to the new law changes Expatriates(people who stay or work in other countries other than their own (legal) country) can now buy properties in Dubai. And if you buy a property in Dubai, you would automatically get a right to a three year renewable residency permit. And their is no income tax and property tax.
Oh, life looks very promising in Dubai now. I should complete my studies soon and go to Dubai to enjoy my life
. But the only problem is the properties are too expensive for me to buy
