Its not about coping with the muslims. I think if you just respect them you can get along quite well. They do not necessarily discriminate against anyone as it is against the religion. The only problem you may have is that their lifestyle revolves around their religion, so it may be hard to adjust to that. Other than that, just show respect and appreciation for their beliefs.
