Yeah when they hire people, especially from outside countries, they give sweet deals. First of all you get paid very generously. Housing is pretty much free, they usually give you a nice flat, like your friend received. I remember when I lived in Abu Dhabi, we had a beautiful flat. But the problem is, without a job, you are pretty much finished, so tell your friend to hold on to his job.
