I think labor work is really hard in all places here in Asia not only in Dubai. I’m sure not all employers in Dubai will let you work for more than 8 hours a day. Maybe employees are also given an option to render overtime for them to get a higher pay. For me I wouldn’t always go for overtime because the more overtime hours you’ve worked the higher are the income taxes to be paid, making overtime useless because you only get a little for the extra effort.
