I hear that there are many foreigners in Dubai that have become millionaires by starting a business and gradually developing it. In fact, I know a couple of guys from my place that went to Dubai as workers and they have now become rich. Of course, they must have worked very hard to reach what they are now.

Same is applicable to anyone in any field. Only hard work gives you success, work hard now and enjoy the benefits later. And people who aim for fast money or easy money without any hard work, will eventually fail miserably. There is a saying: "The harder I work, The luckier I get ". That's really a classic one.
