job for architect?

hi all, my brother is a mechanical engineer and going to dubai for his job purpose but will be back in a few months.My younger brother is an architect and wants a job in dubai.As dubai is developing at a fast rate, i predict that there may be requirements for an architect.
do you have any idea?
