1) Coral international hotel apartments at AED 2050 pr, sft cheaper then developer price AED 2450 pr sft one of the best investments in Dubai so far, completion time: 2010 Mid
I have complete 12th floor which have studios, 1bed room, 2 bedroom with didderent types of areas.

2) Hub Canal Tower 1 - (Canal facing Plot)
20% lesser then market price, completion time: JAN 2009
I have complete 11th floor available with one bedroom apartments, area of apartments 885.23(including balcony)

3) Sports One - Business Tower ( lake view, golt-course view & stadium view)
Three types of offices & we selling at AED 1435.14 Sq.ft cheaper then market price AED 2400 Sq.ft & completion time 2010 Mid.

4) Elite Residence II
Studio flats availabe (fully furnished) build in area of 495 sq.ft at AED 1050/sq.ft cheaper then market. You might get cheaper then this but it wont be fully furnished.

5) Elite Residence III Studio flats availabe (fully furnished) build in area of 520 sq.ft at AED 1135/sq.ft. You might get cheaper then this but it wont be fully furnished.
